HR MANAGER

Position Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our fashion retail company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals, values, and culture. This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's values.

2. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

3. Implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

4. Lead performance management initiatives, including performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback sessions.

5. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

6. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, and update policies and procedures accordingly.

7. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee recognition programs.

8. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

3. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
