Their specialized solutions focus on IT Security, Communication Networks, and IT Infrastructure Management.
About the Role:
As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software issues. You will be adept at troubleshooting a diverse range of IT concerns, ranging from software glitches to hardware malfunctions. Additionally, you will maintain records of all support interactions and provide efficient customer service.
About You:
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.
- Proven experience in IT Helpdesk Support, including troubleshooting IT-related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as desktops/laptops, printers, and MS Office.
- Basic Active Directory knowledge, including creating user accounts, resetting passwords, and creating groups.
- ITIL Foundation background/certifications are preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
- Residing in Kuwait.
