Presales Solutions Engineer

Position Title: GIS Technical Sales Specialist

Location: Kuwait

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Sales & Marketing Team by providing pre-sales and post-sales development capabilities aligned with single sales opportunities, industry strategy, and Esri technical direction.

2. Collaborate with the presales (solutions engineering) team to deliver high-quality proposals, prototypes, and presentations that meet client requirements.

3. Conduct presentations of complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in diverse customer organizations.

4. Create packaged demos for key Esri technology tailored for different industries.

5. Attend meetings with sales account managers, serving as a technical sales expert and advisor for Esri technology.

6. Research and identify partner solutions, developing targeted opportunities to contribute to building a sales pipeline.

7. Stay updated with new releases of Esri products and their capabilities.

8. Deliver impactful technical content at local conferences and seminars.

9. Maintain excellent knowledge of competitive technologies and their presence and impact in the Kuwaiti GIS market.

Education / Qualifications:

- University Degree / College Diploma or relevant experience in a related field of study.
- Esri Certification in Desktop / Server / System Design

Specific Skill Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of technical experience working with the ArcGIS product.
- Strong knowledge of GIS solutions, including those beyond the Esri suite.
- Experience with Esri’s ArcGIS Online, Server, and Desktop software products.
