Job Description

Position: Business Coordinator

Responsibilities:

As a Business Coordinator, you will be tasked with organizing resources, including but not limited to third-party providers, consumers, and products for projects assigned by the Supply Chain Leader. Your key responsibilities include:

Coordinating the product life cycle, specifically focusing on market research, customer development, and requirements gathering related to AbraCadabra.

Managing deadlines and team progress to ensure timely and budget-aligned project delivery.

Overseeing project delivery and making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality specifications are met.

Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to evaluate satisfaction and success.

Participating in vendor management, tracing projects from selection to post-delivery.

Collaborating with operations, stores, and sales management teams to ensure effective communication regarding product delivery progress within specified timelines and budgets.

Conducting regular inventories, updating par stock, and processing purchase orders in the system.

Following up on shipments to ensure adherence to standards and timely delivery.

Maintaining accurate and complete product-related information.

Identifying process improvements to achieve sales and customer support targets.

Tracking product inventory and generating reports to update management.

Assisting in tracking packaging, shipping, and product logistics to ensure order accuracy.

Fostering self-development in both soft and technical skills to progress in the field.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and effectively conveying needs to employees and third-party providers.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met.

Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and enhance efficiency.

Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters within limited time frames.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Proficiency in goal-setting to establish realistic deadlines and strategize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress.
