We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting HR initiatives, gaining practical experience in various HR-related tasks. Conditions:

- Remote work from home

- Days off: Friday and Saturday

- Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

- Provide coordination support to the recruitment center, including CV screening and conducting phone interviews.

- Manage core HR administrative processes for all interns.

- Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring all HR documentation is current.

- Oversee the induction process for new starters at all levels, including preparing materials.

- Support the performance management process by providing necessary information for reviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Undergraduate in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, or HR, preferably in the 3rd year or above or a fresh graduate.

- Preferred students or graduates from GUC, AUC, and BUE Universities.

- 0-1 years of experience.

- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- A strong and dependable team player.

- Independent worker and self-starter, ready to go beyond to deliver excellent performance.
