Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of legislative changes and industry standards.

2. Recruitment and Selection: Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

3. Strategic HR Development: Develop and implement effective human resources strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.

4. Training and Development: Design and execute comprehensive employee training and development programs.

5. Record Management: Maintain accurate human resources records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.

6. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of trust and engagement, actively involving employees in construction, work, and production operations.

7. Skills Development: Preserve and enhance individual skills through encouragement and tailored development programs.

8. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, promptly resolving conflicts or workplace issues.

9. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

10. Compensation Management: Oversee compensation and payroll programs, ensuring precise payroll processing.

11. Recognition Programs: Develop and implement employee appreciation and rewards programs.

12. Health and Safety: Supervise employee health and safety programs, ensuring proper administration.

13. Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.

14. HR Support: Provide comprehensive human resources support and guidance to managers and employees.

15. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.

16. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and enhance HR processes.

17. Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.

18. Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices in HR management.

19. Government and Union Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources.

- Preferred certification or accredited courses in human resources.

- Proficiency in English.

- Excellent computer skills.

- Strong background in recruitment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, training, and fostering job loyalty.
