About the Job:

As an Oncology Product Specialist, you will drive the sales performance of the Astellas portfolio in your territory. Your responsibilities include mastering territory management, becoming an expert in the disease area and product knowledge, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and payer organizations.

Key Activities:

- Adhere to Astellas policies and procedures related to Ethics and Compliance standards in interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and Patient Organizations (POs).

- Work closely with the Sales Force Effectiveness department to enhance Astellas' ability to stay in tune with market needs and achieve optimal sales performance.

- Achieve assigned product commercial targets in the assigned geography and per account.

- Build and maintain a strong network with Key External Experts and other external stakeholders to promote Astellas’ partnership and collaboration.

- Establish productive, professional relationships with HCPs in assigned customer accounts, conducting face-to-face meetings to detail the patient benefits of Astellas therapies.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

- Previous sales experience with a Global Pharmaceutical company.

- Knowledge within Oncology or experience in other Specialty Care.

- Proven track record of launching new products and contributing to brand strategy.

- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Education/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Additional Information:

- Permanent, full-time position.

- Based in Cairo, Egypt.

- Field-based role in Cairo, with 30% expected travel.
