Position: Senior Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist

Ostool Transport, a subsidiary of Raya, stands as a Market Leader in Egypt. We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Identify, attract, and source qualified talent via diverse channels such as online job boards, social media, and networking.

Craft job descriptions, oversee postings on the company's career website, and monitor applicant progress.

Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.

Present hiring recommendations to managers and oversee background checks and reference verifications.

Negotiate and extend job offers, staying abreast of current talent acquisition trends and best practices.

Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Develop and implement organizational development programs that support the company's strategic goals.

Perform needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.

Design and conduct training programs and facilitate team-building exercises and other interventions.

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
