Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and enhancing overall productivity. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

2. Customer Relations:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales leads and customer interactions.

3. Order Management:
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Monitor order status and update customers on delivery timelines.

4. Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.

5. Data Management:
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

6. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
- Facilitate effective internal and external communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
