Job Description

Job Title: Receivable Accountant

Eligibility:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Must be currently located in Qatar.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable Management:
- Handle accounts receivable transactions for a building materials trading company.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.

2. Payment Tracking:
- Monitor customer accounts for timely payment of invoices.
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve any payment discrepancies.

3. Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in accounts.

4. Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding receivables to management.

5. Customer Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment inquiries and account statements.

6. Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all receivable transactions.

7. Adherence to Policies:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

8. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
