Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth in the freight and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry and a strong understanding of shipping and logistics.

- Selling Freight and Logistics Services:
- Identify and target prospects to sell freight and logistics services.
- Qualify leads and prospects, and conduct effective cold calling to generate new business.

- Developing and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Proactively manage any exceptional issues, providing effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas set by management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, specifically within Qatar.

- Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of shipping and logistics.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Other Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
- Must have a transferrable visa or be under spouse sponsorship.
