Job Title: Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage goods sold on consignment.
- Conduct risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Receive inventory in the accounting system and generate supplier invoices in multiple currencies.
- Maintain effective inventory management by running item forecasts based on current stock levels.
- Initiate creditor payments and share payment and allocation details, including drafting bank STL documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Studies with a major in Accounting or Applied Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience in a distribution or trading organization.
- MUST be a Tagalog speaker.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using TALLY is a MUST.
