Job Title: Arabic Speaking Search Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Arabic Speaking Search Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Arabic-speaking markets, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through strategic keyword targeting and campaign management. This role requires fluency in Arabic, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of search engine marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Arabic-speaking markets, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and search terms relevant to target audiences in Arabic-speaking regions.

- Create compelling ad copy in Arabic that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.

- Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous performance improvements.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, and content creators, to ensure seamless integration of paid search campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in search engine marketing (SEM), and proactively apply new insights and tactics to enhance campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.

- Provide regular reports, analysis, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.

- 10 years of experience in search engine marketing (SEM), with a focus on paid search advertising (PPC).

- Proficiency in using search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
