Role Overview:
Yolè is seeking a talented Architect Project Manager to lead the design and execution of upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of architectural expertise, project management skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences that bring the brand to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from concept development through construction documentation, ensuring alignment with Yolè's brand identity and vision.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to coordinate project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Oversee construction progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications through remote and physical inspections.
- Ensure all contractors meet Yolè's standards for store openings and operational readiness.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and milestones.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions and project strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support Franchisees throughout the opening process, from design finalization to operational readiness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stores are ready to trade.
- Develop and manage the opening calendar, coordinating project timelines and resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong design and visualization skills, particularly in retail and commercial projects.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
