Assistant Nurse (Home care Nurse)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a Home Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition, and reporting any concerns to healthcare providers.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring compliance with medication regimens.
- Educating patients and their families about disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing nursing practice and patient care.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Continuously improving clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.

Qualifications: DHA/MOH Registered Nurse (RN) license is a must.
