Job Title: Bus Driver

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated School Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school, prioritizing their well-being and maintaining high safety standards. A valid driving license with numbers 3, 5, and 6 is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly interior of the bus.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of students during transit by enforcing appropriate behavior.
- Promptly respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during transportation.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate authorities.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on safety protocols and regulations.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the safety and security of all passengers.

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English, Nepalese, and/or Hindi.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Previous experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.
