Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the demands of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
3. Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Compile in-depth data for each customer in a segregated database containing detailed information about each interaction.
5. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

Skills:

1. Proven customer support experience.
2. Familiarity with the utility of CRM software and other digital solutions that enhance the company's services.
3. Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.
4. Fluent communicator with the ability to present ideas and concepts through hi-tech and conventional channels.
5. Skilled individual capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities on a defined schedule.
6. Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
