Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers on their ServiceNow journey. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Customer Success engagement for customers in your portfolio, understanding each customer's needs and challenges.
- Orchestrate the Success Squad and drive towards business outcomes for customers in your portfolio.
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and overall management of the customer utilizing our Impact Digital Experience.
- Educate customers on available resources and create mutual success plans.
- Conduct periodic touchpoints to review current state and ensure deliverables are being met.
- Evangelize ServiceNow customer success stories and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product adoption, growth attainment, and increased customer satisfaction.
- Provide internal customer status updates and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A passion for building trusted relationships with customers.
- 5+ years of experience in a consultative, strategic, and analytical customer-facing role.
- Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Strong project management skills.
- Comfort working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- ServiceNow product knowledge or experience in an IT (SaaS) environment.
- Ideally fluent in Arabic language and proficient in C-level English.
- Right to work in the country.
