Developer - Front end

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in frontend development, building scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop and maintain interactive and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly interactive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Implement responsive design principles and ensure applications function smoothly across different devices.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Manage state management using Redux, React Context API, or other suitable libraries.

• Work with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

• Utilize modern tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and code quality (e.g., ESLint, Prettier, Webpack, Vite).

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing application performance.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies and best practices.

• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in frontend development with a strong emphasis on React.js and Next.js.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (Tailwind, Styled-components, or SASS).

• Experience in handling SSR (Server-Side Rendering), ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration), and SSG (Static Site Generation) in Next.js.

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or React Context API.

• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs & GraphQL.

• Strong knowledge of modern UI/UX principles and best practices.

• Experience with component libraries such as Material-UI, Chakra UI, or ShadCN.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Understanding of Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with performance optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices in Next.js applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Headless CMS like Strapi, Contentful, or Sanity.

• Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client.

• Experience with WebSockets and real-time applications.

• Familiarity with micro-frontends architecture.

• Understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
