Position: Digital Marketing Associate

As an Associate Digital Marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the promotion of Chalhoub University and its activities both within the Group and externally. You will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies to enhance learner engagement with digital learning platforms and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, develop, and execute successful Chalhoub University communications and marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth of the Chalhoub University platform.
- Develop a solid understanding of Chalhoub University offerings to design relevant and engaging content for marketing purposes.
- Assist in creating and managing learning support tools by supporting in their design, copywriting, and assisting until their final production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate about Chalhoub University programs, events, innovation, and priorities to enhance overall engagement.
- Drive internal social media strategy execution for Chalhoub University.
- Conduct local market research, customer surveys, assess customer demands, monitor competitors' activities, and evaluate market campaigns.
- Analyze online engagement across platforms to optimize marketing engagement strategies.

Requirements:
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing position with an international company.
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, graphic design, and video editing tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent command of spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Canva for designing graphics and enhancing visual elements for digital and print media.
- Ability to create and edit high-quality video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Cap Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their integration into marketing strategies for tasks such as personalized content recommendations.
