Job Title: Driver / Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drives a low-capacity truck/Van/Car primarily to transport waste, deliver packages, or transport passengers within a specified area.
- Drives multi-passenger vehicles to transport passengers between neighborhoods, offices, and airports.
- Checks vehicle condition including tires, brakes, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
- Complies with traffic regulations to operate vehicles safely and courteously.
- Follows safety rules for passenger safety.
- Picks up and drops off employees/workers at scheduled neighborhood locations, adhering to strict time schedules.
- Regulates heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicle interiors for passengers.
- Transports green waste and other wastes as instructed by Vehicle Control/Supervisor.
- Prepares and submits reports including passenger or trip numbers, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, and/or fares received.
- Reports vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs promptly.
- Reports delays, accidents, or other traffic situations using telephones or mobile two-way radios.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Required manual driving license.
- Experience in team management.
- 1-2 years of driving experience in Dubai.
- Willingness to relocate to different locations as required.
