Position Overview:
As an ERP Consultant at FinPower Aircon LLC, you will play a critical role in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our ERP system. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, streamline processes, and ensure the ERP system supports our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of ERP systems, SQL, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring it meets the company’s requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Customize and configure the ERP system to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system.
- Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals and process guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
- Work with third-party vendors and consultants as needed to support the ERP system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their modules.
- Proficiency in SQL is a must, with the ability to write, execute, and optimize queries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Certification in ERP systems is desirable.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Orion, or Microsoft Dynamics is relevant.
