Job Title: Experienced Business Development / Sales Executive
Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Experienced Business Development / Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the [industry or market segment] landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services and address client needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, sales activity, and revenue forecasts, using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex sales deals, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
