Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Customer Service or Project Handover departments. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and property availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in various platforms.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, preferably in Real Estate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- UAE experience in a similar role is required.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
