Job Title: Financial Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, and providing financial advice to management and stakeholders.

1. Maintain Financial Records: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by recording all transactions and preparing financial reports in a timely manner.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliation.

3. Compliance and Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

4. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and other financial statements accurately and in compliance with tax regulations.

5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.

6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

7. Policy Development: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met and provide support as needed.

9. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize financial processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
