Job Title: Financial Controller

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Financial Controller, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining Accurate Financial Records: Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and petty cash disbursements.

2. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to ensure timely payments and collections, preventing any delays or bounce in payments.

3. Initiating Payments and Collections: Initiate payments to vendors and ensure timely collection of receipts from customers.

4. Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash disbursements and ensure proper recording of claims with verified supporting documents.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

- Certifications: Qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus but not required.

- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels.

- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of working well under pressure, managing tight deadlines, and handling conflicting demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Integrity and Professionalism: Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality in handling financial matters.

- Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities to handle various financial tasks efficiently.
