Requirements:

- Successful completion of FSC (Food Safety Course) from a UAE recognized body.
- Proven knowledge and successful application of food safety principles and standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Retail Audit Standards, etc.).
- UAE Driving License.
- Extensive experience in kitchen audits.
- Dubai Municipality approval.
- Minimum of 2+ years of work experience as a Food Safety Trainer or in a relevant role.
- Ability to liaise with regulators and authorities locally to resolve any food safety-related disputes arising on-site.
- Ability to respond to client inquiries regarding food safety concerns or incidents.
- Providing technical support to internal and external customers regarding food safety issues, audits, and inspections.
- Conducting food safety audits and inspections at client premises to verify compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Developing training materials and training clients on food safety principles and practices.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans for potential food safety hazards.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
