Foreign Legal Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Foreign Legal Consultant to join our esteemed legal firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the UAE legal landscape and possess excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients on various legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, arbitration, and mediations when necessary.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations in all legal matters handled.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in the UAE legal system.
- Proven track record as a legal consultant in the UAE.
- Perfect command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to handle multiple legal cases and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; additional legal qualifications are a plus.
