Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company and its services.
Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.
Work closely with building security and maintenance staff to ensure that security protocols and office policies are followed.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings and events.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
