Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company and its services.

  • Coordinate appointments and manage meeting room schedules.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.

  • Work closely with building security and maintenance staff to ensure that security protocols and office policies are followed.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings and events.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

  • Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
