Job Description: Graphic Designer (Consultant)

Overview:
Eurasia Foundation (EF) is searching for a highly creative and ingenious graphic designer with over 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion design. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet the program's needs. They should be curious about evolving digital creative practices and interested in developing rich and stimulating design and motion graphics for educational purposes.

Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration: Work closely with the program's dedicated team of content strategists and editors to create original graphics tailored for educational and promotional objectives.

2. Design Development: Generate engaging animated and static digital advertisements, email visuals, and social media assets, including ads, posts, shareable graphics, rapid response creative content, carousels, flyers, logos, and various design elements.

3. Refinement: Work with the program's digital media specialist to refine graphics, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

4. Communication: Collaborate with the program's digital media specialist and other team members to develop the best design strategy.

5. Website Design: Contribute to the program's website design in coordination with the program's team.

6. Deadline Adherence: Adhere rigorously to deadlines, meeting all pre-established timetables with a keen understanding of the importance of timely delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated work experience as a graphic designer. A portfolio of work is required for this position.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- At least 3 years of professional design and motion design experience.
- Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Creative, thoughtful, and curious about design and the digital landscape.
- Familiar with current design styles, trends, and principles of layout and typography.
- Interested in new and upcoming mediums and techniques.
- Receptive to feedback and able to work efficiently without compromising quality and accuracy.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Farsi/Dari and proficiency in English.
- Social media savvy with a strong understanding of internet-era influence.
