Job Description

Job Title: Guest Service Experience Executive (Work from Home)

Objective:

Are you passionate about guest relations? As a Guest Service Experience Executive working from home, you will collaborate with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals, including room allocation and addressing any special requests from guests.
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
- Maintain an updated record of guest information in the system, handling complaints and concerns promptly.

Pre Check-In:

- Contact guests one day prior to arrival to confirm they have received and understood check-in instructions.
- Reconfirm the time and exact location of the residence.

Check-In:

- Ensure the apartment meets the company's highest standards and perform final touches.
- Greet guests with a smile in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist with luggage, guide guests to the apartment, and provide extensive information about house rules, community facilities, nearby shops and restaurants, and top things to do.
- Collect the security deposit via POS or cash, finalize check-out time, and wish guests a pleasant stay.

Post Check-In:

- Maintain contact with guests to assist with basic queries and ensure a high level of guest experience.

Check-Out:

- Arrive at the agreed time, inspect the apartment condition, refund the deposit, and ask for suggestions.
- Assist with ordering a taxi if required, help with luggage, and wish guests a pleasant journey home.

General:

- Be prepared to react according to company guidelines or manager's directions in challenging situations, such as last-minute plan changes, technical/maintenance/cleaning issues, flight delays, contractor failures, or guest complaints.
- Communicate with colleagues daily to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualities:

- High tolerance for stress, honesty, and dedication.
- Reliability, multitasking ability, and systematic approach.
- Exceptional self-organization and time management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Basic handyman skills are a plus.
- Background in hospitality.

Driving License:

- A valid UAE driving license is an absolute must.

Languages:

- Fluent in English.
- Russian speaker preferred.

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year in holiday homes. (Candidates without holiday home experience need not apply.)

Compensation:

- Compensation is subject to interview and experience.
- Includes a fixed salary plus a performance-based monthly bonus.
- Paid late-night check-ins.
- Vehicle, petrol, and telephone compensation.
- Visa and insurance provided.
