- Enhancing Guest Experience: Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to continually improve service delivery and efficiency, supporting strategic priorities.
- Cultural Ambassador: Uphold and promote the Dorchester Collection culture and values through exemplary service and legendary storytelling.
- Creating Memorable Moments: Proactively seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create personalized experiences throughout their journey.
- Guest Insights: Maintain a deep understanding of guests to foster genuine connections and anticipate their needs effectively.
- Hospitality Excellence: Act as a host/hostess, ensuring warm welcomes and providing guidance to enhance guest satisfaction.

What You'll Bring
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at problem-solving and multitasking.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role within luxury hotels, with a strong customer service background.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.
- Qualifications: Professional qualifications or diploma from a hotel school preferred.
