Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various hairdressing techniques and trends.
- Tailor educational content to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.

Program Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including lesson plans, manuals, and visual aids.
- Regularly update and revise educational content to reflect industry trends and innovations.

Demonstrations and Guidance:
- Perform live demonstrations of cutting, coloring, styling, and other hairdressing techniques.
- Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to participants during practical sessions.

Mentorship and Support:
- Offer one-on-one mentorship and support to students, helping them refine their skills and build confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to foster a positive learning environment.

Industry Engagement:
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques by attending events, workshops, and seminars.
- Network with professionals in the hairdressing and beauty industry to build relationships and stay informed.

Online Education:
- Develop and deliver online courses and webinars to reach a broader audience.
- Utilize digital platforms and tools to create engaging and interactive online learning experiences.

Qualifications:
- Professional certification in hairdressing or cosmetology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional hairdresser.
- Previous experience in education or training within the beauty industry preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
