Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury residential projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: Create innovative design concepts that embody luxury and sophistication, tailored to the unique preferences and lifestyles of high-end residential clients.
- Space Planning: Develop and refine space plans that optimize flow, functionality, and aesthetics, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of design excellence.
- Material Selection: Curate a selection of premium materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the overall design vision and meet the specific requirements of luxury interiors.
- 3D Visualization: Produce detailed 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and allow clients to visualize the final outcome.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their desires and preferences, providing expert guidance and maintaining open communication throughout the design process.
- Project Management: Oversee the design process from conception to completion, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for design-related communication, ensuring that all project stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and structural engineers, as well as other architectural components to ensure integration and consistency across all aspects of the design.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all design implementations adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, innovations, and best practices in the luxury interior design industry to continuously enhance our offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-end interior design solutions.
- Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury interiors and high-end finishings.
- Attributes: Exceptional creativity, artistic talent, and attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with luxury brands and an understanding of how to incorporate them into design projects.
