Job Overview
EmiratesRED is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Officer to join our team and oversee the management of stock levels across all product lines. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal stock availability at various locations by monitoring consumption, overseeing replenishments, and maintaining accurate records of products and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock Monitoring and Replenishment:
- Monitor stock levels of all products and ensure timely replenishments from suppliers.
- Distribute stock to different locations to maintain optimum availability.
- Record Keeping and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of products and sales.
- Analyze consumption patterns to forecast future stock needs.
- Order Management:
- Place orders with suppliers based on stock levels and consumption trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Inventory Optimization:
- Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and consumption rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving inventory management processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.

Skills:
- Proven track record in stock management and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite.

Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Experience in managing inventory across multiple locations is advantageous.
