Job Title: IT Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
- Manage Domain Controllers (DC), Active Directory (AD), and Group Policies (GP).
- Deploy and manage Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMware or Hyper-V.
- Configure and manage network devices including Routers, Switches, and Access Points (Ubiquiti).
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls.
- Configure and optimize WiFi networks.
- Administer Office 365 applications and services.
- Maintain and update ERP and CRM systems.
- Manage IP telephone systems.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV network and hardware issues.
- Deploy and manage software applications across the organization.
- Provide technical support for desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Configure and manage site-to-site VPNs.
- Ensure secure remote access to shared resources.
- Support display casting and collaboration tools.
- Coordinate newsletter and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Stay updated with technology trends.
- Train staff on applications and new technologies.
- Manage file and print servers.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory.

Requirements
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT support, preferably within real estate development.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows server management, network management, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of network security and firewall management.
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and IP telephone systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, VMware, or equivalent.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Preferred).
