Job Title: Junior Accountant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Support senior accountants and management in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Xero, Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
