Position Title: Light Duty Driver

Facilico Facilities Management is currently seeking a dedicated Light Duty Driver to join our transport division.

Job Purpose:

The Driver is responsible for transporting employees to their work locations promptly, whether during the day or night shifts, and ensuring that vehicles are always in optimal condition for immediate use.

Job Description:

- Transporting passengers to and from work punctually.
- Providing courteous assistance to passengers without prompt.
- Adhering to assigned uniform regulations.
- Maintaining a minimum fuel level of 20% during operations.
- Reporting any deviations from approved passenger numbers.
- Keeping trip records in case of automated system failure.
- Ensuring cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors.
- Following approved routes, speed limits, and mandatory requirements.
- Reporting safety concerns and incidents to the transport supervisor.
- Driving safely in accordance with RTA driver standards.
- Being available throughout the shift via provided mobile device with a hands-free device.
- Conducting Lost and Found checks after each transfer.
- Addressing routine matters regarding employee pick-up, journey, and drop-off.
- Undertaking drug and alcohol testing as required.
- Clocking in and out for each shift.
- Conducting pre and post-operational inspections of the assigned vehicle.

Skills & Experience:

- Valid UAE Driver's License - Category 3.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at least at Level 2.
- Preferred age between 25 to 39 years old.
- Physically fit with no significant medical history.
- Knowledge of UAE roads.
- Proficiency in using GPS devices.
