Job Title: Marketing Internship

Position Summary:

Porsche Middle East is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our dynamic team in Dubai. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing communications, digital initiatives, and daily administrative tasks within a prestigious automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications:

- Assist in the execution of brand and product campaigns in collaboration with the creative agency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and visual assets.
- Participate in the communication strategy for the Icons of Porsche initiative.
- Coordinate Dealer Marketing projects in partnership with market counterparts.
- Support the marketing planning and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging social media initiatives.

Digital:

- Conduct monthly reviews and maintenance of Google My Business.
- Supervise dealer website content change requests.
- Support and coordinate regional training initiatives, such as the Digital Academy.
- Monitor and supervise the Digital Service Desk (ticketing system).

Daily Administration:

- Manage general office tasks within the Marketing department.
- Develop presentations for conferences and events.
- Support the procurement process, including the Purchase Requisition Process in SAP.

Qualifications and Competencies:

- Currently pursuing a university degree in business-related fields.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of SAP-based CRM systems being desirable.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry is desirable.
- Availability for a 6-month internship.

Working Hours:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (weekends off: Saturday/Sunday).

Package:

- Leave allowance: 5 days.
- Working visa and health insurance provided.
