Role Description

We're seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join Ocealics Fishing Tours in Dubai. In this role, you'll handle various marketing tasks, including communication, market research, sales, strategy development, and customer service. This position offers a hybrid setup, allowing for both Dubai-based and remote work.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage the company's social media channels.
- Create marketing/advertisement media and graphics.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Craft compelling ad copy and design visually appealing ad creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, offering insights and suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to target relevant audiences effectively and achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, integrating new strategies as needed.
- Perform any other necessary tasks as required.
