Job Description: Office & Inventory Administrator Executive

Our client, a leading FMCG multinational, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team in the UAE. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both Office Administration and Inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:
1. Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
2. Control correspondence, including handling emails, letters, and phone calls.
3. Schedule and assign administrative projects, expediting work results.
4. Make travel arrangements for senior staff, including flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
5. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
6. Perform tasks related to organization and communication to support the team.

Inventory Administration:
1. Plan inventory based on sales forecasting.
2. Liaise with the distribution center to check stock availability and ensure order forecasts are accurate.
3. Manage clients, discussing and developing strategic planning for business and sales growth opportunities.
4. Coordinate with the planning team to improve monthly sales forecast accuracy.
5. Ensure cross-functional coordination with the sales and marketing team for product changes or lead time alignment.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience and Exposure:
- 3+ years of experience in Inventory and Office Administration.
- Graduate or diploma holder.
- Proficient in Excel and office software.
- Experience in FMCG or a relevant industry.

2. Multifunctional Capability:
- Capable of handling both Office and Inventory Administration.
