Role:

Sealed is seeking a proactive and passionate Operations Coordinator to join our team. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy securing the best deals, and are skilled at ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you! You'll have a high degree of autonomy and will be responsible for tackling challenges and seizing opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and timely order processing.
Negotiation: Source the best deals and pricing to optimize cost-efficiency while upholding quality standards.
Order Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure customers receive orders promptly and in pristine condition.
Delivery Coordination: Work closely with the delivery team to streamline logistics and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
Sample Deliveries: Personally deliver product samples to clients, showcasing our offerings and providing personalized service.
About You:

Proven experience in operations or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable deals.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, delivery teams, and clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for supplier visits and sample deliveries.
Experience in print and packaging (Preferred but not required).
