Job Brief:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager with extensive experience to oversee and enhance our operational processes within the tax and accounting sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing operations, with proven expertise in Audit, UAE Tax (including VAT), Finance, and Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, setting and ensuring the completion of weekly performance goals for the sales and operations teams.
- Lead, manage, motivate, develop, and appraise staff to meet current and future business needs.
- Recommend changes to policies, systems, processes, and working practices for operational improvements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness; prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Proactively manage and track the portfolio of clients, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Engage in business development activities to identify and research opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections for clients.
- Provide support for various tax audits and special tax-related projects.
- Oversee client onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Compile and present detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior management, and prepare year-end reports.
- Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements for various clients.
- Administer general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in auditing or accounting, with at least three years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- CA certification or equivalent is required.
- Strong project management, leadership skills, and decision-making ability.
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
