Job Title: Patient Relations and Coordination

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Relations and Coordination Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless patient experiences by facilitating appointment bookings, managing doctor appointments, gathering feedback, and coordinating administrative tasks within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Coordination:
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, ensuring availability, and aligning with doctor schedules.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, handling any necessary changes or cancellations.
- Manage patient records related to appointments, tests, and referrals.

Patient Support:
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring patients receive necessary information about appointments, procedures, and referrals.
- Follow up with patients post-consultation to gather feedback on their experience and address any concerns.

Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain reports on daily activities, including appointment bookings, patient feedback, and service utilization.
- Coordinate with billing and administrative departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments.

Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate daily activities and pertinent patient-related information to the management team.
- Generate reports detailing patient-related activities, feedback, and service utilization.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach towards providing support and assistance.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in patient relations, customer service, or a similar role will be considered.
