Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Implement measures to uphold privacy standards across the organization.

2. Privacy Audits and Assessments:
- Conduct regular privacy audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and risks.
- Develop action plans to address audit findings and improve privacy practices.

3. Policy Development:
- Develop, update, and enforce privacy policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Educate staff on privacy policies and ensure adherence throughout the organization.

4. Investigation of Privacy Violations:
- Investigate privacy incidents and violations reported internally or externally.
- Collaborate with legal and IT teams to address privacy breaches and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in privacy compliance roles, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations, particularly GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex privacy issues.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
