Project Manager - Business Relations (UAE National)

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage relationships with Business Groups, Business Councils, International Associations, and International Trade Offices, focusing on strengthening existing partnerships and fostering new relations with international entities, while maintaining fruitful ties with government and federal entities.

Responsibilities:

- Review all documentation from business groups, councils, and associations to ensure compliance with chamber by-laws and regulations for new establishments and renewals.
- Provide feedback on the by-laws of business groups and councils before submission to the legal department for approval.
- Monitor the ongoing activities of business groups and councils, reporting challenges or issues to the Senior Manager – Business Relations for further action.
- Represent the chamber at Annual General Meetings of business councils and groups, offering insights and feedback to the Senior Manager – Business Relations.
- Manage the day-to-day affairs of the groups and councils, addressing verbal and written queries promptly.
- Facilitate dialogues between the business community and relevant government entities to address sector-specific issues.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Business, or a related field.

Minimum Experience and Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate affairs, client relations, or marketing fields.
- Strong negotiation, customer service, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, spoken, and written).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
