Key Responsibilities
- Client Assistance:
- Educate and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Property Management:
- Conduct property listings and organize viewings.
- Networking:
- Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate property sale and rental agreements.
- Market Knowledge:
- Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.

Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- High level of commitment and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in utilizing real estate tools and platforms.
- A real estate agent's or broker's license is a plus, but not initially required.
- No experience needed – we offer on-the-job training.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
