Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Relationship Management:
- Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors.

Property Listings and Marketing:
- List properties on various platforms, including MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads.
- Host open houses and show properties to potential buyers or renters.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.

Negotiation and Transaction Management:
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, home inspectors, and mortgage lenders.

Customer Service:
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients throughout the transaction process.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Adhere to ethical standards set by professional real estate organizations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
