Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Dubai secondary market.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client information.
- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements:
- Currently reside in Dubai.
- Available to start ASAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionally presented at all times.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- At least 2 years of Dubai real estate experience with a RERA Broker card.
