- Property Marketing: Utilize virtual tours, high-quality photographs, and location maps to present residential and commercial properties, enabling clients to shortlist the best options from the comfort of their homes.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market dynamics, including property values, trends, and economic factors, to provide clients with informed advice.

- Negotiation: Apply adept negotiation tactics to secure the best deals for clients, ensuring all transactions are conducted with integrity and transparency.
